User and collaborative dictionaries
Lexibase Intranet allows each user to create their own entries (words or expressions) and to take part in the creation of the collaborative dictionary (optional module). The user can access a specific module to display or correct his own entries. Entries of other users will only be accessible after validation of the dictionary administrator. During a main dictionary search, displayed results will be both from main and collaborative dictionaries.
Dictionaries with voice
The pronunciation module can be installed on your server for each language of your dictionaries
(optional module). Each word or expression can therefore be pronounced with human-like quality and adjustable speed. Even selected or free text (within a special available window) can be made to be pronounced in the language of your choice.

An intelligent conjugator with educational features
Additional assistance to improve your linguistic competencies, Lexibase Intranet integrates a conjugation module for 4 languages (French, English, German and Spanish). Besides the possibility to conjugate all verbs at all tenses, it can also recognize conjugated forms (such as ''vu'', ''allé'' in French,
''sido'' in Spanish or ''geht'' in German) and directly displays the required conjugation table. Pronominal
forms can also be conjugated, either negative or more complex ones such as ''s' en aller'', ''sich interessieren'', etc.

A successful tool at installation and administration levels
Lexibase Intranet installation and administration are as simple as using the application. The product is sold per module (basic module, collaborative dictionary, pronunciation) and per dictionary for a required number of users.
The installation is over in just a few minutes and so gives you access to the
application straight away. The administrator can however customize some of the
options (manage dictionary and group order, display a logo, etc.)
from a very user-friendly interface. User statistics will also be available to the
administrator.
If you have opted for the collaborative dictionary feature, a specific administration interface will be required to validate or exclude suggestion entries made by the users. This interface can be managed by a terminology specialist with restricted access to only this administration function.
